Columbia students should know where their tuition is going.
Steve Coll, the new dean at Columbia's Graduate School of Journalism, is considering a two-year Master's program, lower tuition fees, and a more rigorous Master's project.
In an email to students, Dean Avis Hinkson announced that room and board, tuition, and fees would now total $59,000 for incoming first-year students. It will be the smallest overall percent increase since 2000.
