E.E. Cruz & Co. and Nicholson Construction Company, subcontractors for the Manhattanville expansion, are suing Lend Lease Construction, a general contractor for the expansion, for $23.6 million.
Breeze National was contracted to demolish eight buildings on the Manhattanville expansion site. Its contract was terminated after a building it was demolishing collapsed prematurely, killing a worker.

Columbia employees joined workers from Lend Lease in refurbishing a garden, located behind Wilson Major Morris Community Center.
