Sharing responsibility: Cristen Kromm, Dean for Community Development and Residential Programs, presented to ESC about RC@C, Responsible Community at Columbia. The program is currently looking for facilitators, who facilitate conversations with first-year students about making responsible choices. “We’re trying to be honest about what happens and the culture here at Columbia,” Kromm said. “We are not a community that is opposed to folks drinking, but what we are opposed to is when people leave their friends or when we find people passed out in front of the library without anyone else around.” Applications are located here.
