Curious about ESC’s plans for the rest of the semester? Want to know what might change in ESC for next year? Lillian Chen brings you the highlights from last night’s Engineering Student Council Meeting:
Making changes: ESC is currently considering three constitutional amendments, which will be discussed in depth next week. Two separate proposals deal with changing elections bylaws to address the Secretary of Elections position and the Elections Board composition.
Plus one: The last amendment being considered seeks to add student representatives for the 3-2 Combined Plan Program to ESC for the junior and senior classes. Students in the 3-2 program typically arrive at SEAS during the fall of their junior year, so they don’t get to vote in the spring ESC elections.
