Congratulations, senior groups---you've officially made it through Columbia housing!
Today didn't have too many surprises. We saw the last of the Hogan suites and EC townhouses finished off, with the all-singles cutoff at 30/1927. The Shaft's prediction had been that this would be the earliest possible cutoff, but it looks like a held-out Hogan suite and one six-person group dropping down canceled each other out.
One surprise was the first-floor Harmony suite getting taken today. Amazingly, the fact that it was a six-person suite outweighed the fact that Harmony is only accessible by pushing your Westside cart into the 110th-St. wall.
