About five opponents of Columbia’s Manhattanville expansion met outside Floridita Tapas Bar & Restaurant Wednesday evening to protest scheduled work by Con Edison on a main gas line outside the popular Cuban restaurant and bakery on Broadway between 125th and 129th streets.
