Who would ever want to wear a Tiffany’s box? If I were to ask any woman if she’d like to receive one of those coveted little turquoise boxes tied with a white satin bow, she’d become a bobblehead. But wear one? I don’t think so. And yet, the focus and inspiration of Chocheng’s Spring 2010 collection was those boxes; the bright blue of a few dresses stood out against a collection that otherwise had no color, only white and black.
