Come Monday, Vareli, a new restaurant in the space below The Heights, will demand more of a peek-in than a walk-by. George Zoitas, owner of Westside Market, will conveniently ferry ingredients across Broadway to serve up a Mediterranean menu with an emphasis on little noshes like dips, cured meats, and cheeses. Unfortunately, it'll be hard to leave the meal full and under budget—a sufficient meal will cost around $30 minimum. But it is swanky. And the chef used to work at Bouley. There's always that. Thanks to Grub Street, full menu after the jump. [Grub Street]
