In a fit of mid-break boredom, we were combing the new video archives over at C-SPAN.org when we came across this gem. In September 1987, when most of today's senior class wasn't even born, a very dapper-looking Lee Bollinger, then dean of the law school at the University of Michigan, went to Congress and kicked ass.
