“It’s the only legit ‘organized’ party on campus,” Kristin Moore, a junior in CC, says of the Columbia Queer Alliance’s monthly First Friday dances. “You don’t get judged at the door like frat parties,” she continues, “You know it won’t get shut down because it’s an organized party in Lerner, and there’s always really great music.”
