As if his schedule wasn't busy enough as it is, Admiral Mike Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (you know, the head honcho of the U.S. armed forces) will be heading up to Columbia this Sunday, April 18 for a conference on the future of the military.
