When we first wrote about the upcoming World Leaders Forum, we said there weren't any particularly notable or controversial heads of state scheduled to attend. Apparently, though, we weren't up to speed on our oppressive tyrants. Meles Zenawi, the Ethiopian prime minister who's slated to speak in Low Library on Sept. 22, has allegedly killed protestors, detained political opponents, and shirked the U.N. Last year, Parade magazine named him the world's 15th worst dictator. But as of yesterday, the WLF website was calling Zenawi's leadership "seasoned"! Oops!
