Perhaps partially a result of Saturday's finale of the hottest summer on record (and quite possibly, the longest Indian summer too), the Kelvin Natural Slush Co., run by former lawyer Alex Rein, beat out CU's very own Jerome Chang's Dessert Truck for best dessert street food at this year's Vendys.
