Even though Mill Korean's bibimbap is only "somewhat passable," heading to Mill still beats trekking down to K-Town to get your fix. But not today! Japan Block Fair is hosting a "Spirit of Healthy Autumn" festival today between 93rd and 94th street on Broadway. There will be traditional festival foods and Japanese and Korean knick-knacks for sale. Oh, and an "authentic ninja performance," whatever that means!
