In his Opinion piece published Thursday, Stephen called the Global Core a “politically correct submission to the trend of multiculturalism.” It makes sense in that in our “Post-State” world traditional forms of “global” education do not serve their intended purpose. And it's pretentious to call a class “too Western” to meet a requirement that is supposed to offer insights into different ways of thinking about the same world problems. Who is the administration to categorize perspectives?
