In their four years here, seniors haven't seen their football team win a single Homecoming game. Given our 3-2 record (1-1 in the conference) coming into yesterday's game, there was reason for hope. We had "dismantle[d]" Lafayette. We "pummeled" Princeton. We had our first three-game winning streak in 13 years. We had a clean slate. And the loss to Penn wasn't too bad.
While yesterday's game might have been the Lions best chance yet in for a Homecoming win in the past four years, the class of 2011 shouldn't be too upset! Seniors, yesterday's Homecoming may have been the best yet during your four years here at Columbia. Here are six reasons why.
