The usual slew of club bake sales with colorful cupcakes saw new competition from Columbia's sustainable "food truck" organization Nom^3 today. Today was the first day of Nom^3's new service "NOMdays" (like MONdays—get it?) where they serve freshly prepared, sustainable and locally-focused lunch boxes weekly on the ramps from 11:30 to 12:30pm.
