Marion Weiss and Michael Manfredi are co-founders of famed New York architecture firm Weiss/Manfredi Architecure/Landscape/Urbanism, and designers of Barnard’s Diana Center. The firm received the Academy Award in architecture for its distinct design vision, and the Diana Center has been honored with the AIA Best in New York State award, as well as the AIA Award of Excellence. The Eye sat down with Weiss and Manfredi to learn more about the building’s architectural origins and its unique place on campus.
