Barnard students might have noticed that there were fliers posted around the Quad asking students to support Greek life recognition. The News desk's Madina Toure interviews SGA members about who is responsible for the posting and students about their current views on the Greek life vote. The students Toure interviewed have mixed opinions on sorority recognition—but now there is a forum through which students can cast their vote.
From today until Nov. 22, Barnard students can vote in an online survey through eBear about whether SGA should recognize Greek life. The SGA representative board will consider the outcome of this survey when making its ultimate decision on Nov. 29.
