Don't let the new Uni Cafe guise fool you—Pinnacle is still slacking. Not surprisingly, Pinnacle isn't actually open today.
At least the brown paper is finally off the doors and the storefront is now a crisp white. But, Uni Cafe is still sign-less and, from some peeking, looks mostly empty inside—except for some juice-filled fridges in the back that might never have even been emptied. It looks close but not ready enough to make today's predicted opening. At least the owners cushioned themselves with a "subject to change" clause. Peek inside after the jump.
Update 2:54 p.m.: We heard they're opening for reals on Thursday. Check back then!
