Judith Butler, big-deal academic, coming to Columbia (UPDATED)

Post-structuralist, feminist, queer theorist, and oft-cited academic superstar Judith Butler will be teaching at Columbia starting next fall. The English department nabbed her from Berkeley, where she's been teaching since 1993.
