Uni Cafe was a no-go on Tuesday and it looks like the former Pinnacle won't even pull off a reopening for real today. The lights are on, there's also some nice new tan tiling inside and a half dozen or people fluttering around - a mix of owners, workers being trained, and guys with mops. Yet, the back areas visible through the old frozen yogurt window still appear sans stock and sans chef.
We stopped by to talk to someone working inside who told us they would be opening either later tonight or tomorrow. We're going to assume that means tomorrow.
