There has been a lot of negativity in the college athletic world. Unless you've been under a rock this fall, you've probably heard of Cam Newton and his father's alleged pay-for-play scam that has cast a dark cloud over the Auburn Tigers' 13-0 season. While Newton's seemingly certain Heisman Trophy will make the evening news, there was an award that was presented on Tuesday that should be getting more press.
