Red Rooster Harlem, Marcus Samuelsson's long-awaited—emphasis on the long—restaurant on Lenox Avenue and 125th Street opens today. The ambiguous start date has been postponed since October. Named after a famous Harlem speakeasy, the restaurant has big shoes to fill—will it be worth the hype?
