(10:15 am) They are done for today. Not much happened. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual. Wymbs' lawyer said of the hearing, "an ordinary, expected, procedural day." Check back later for photos and a full story from News.
(9:59 am) Judge Sonberg has issued March 1st as the indictment date. Superseding indictments were filed, which means additional accusations were added to the original charges. They will be formally charged then.
(9:54 am) Adam Klein's parents are in the courtroom with him. Around a dozen Columbia students are sitting in the courtroom for moral support.
(9:53 am) The DA has just presented the search warrant to the judge.
(9:50 am) All five of the Columbia students—Chris Coles, Harrison David, Jose Perez, Adam Klein, and Michael Wymbs—are in the courtroom. They are all sitting on the front row now. Roughly 40 people are inside the courtroom. Coles and Perez have their hair trimmed. All five of them are wearing suits and ties. Their lawyers are there.
(9:45 am) Court has officially been called to order.
