Cure to your morning hangover: Some 'me' time

First weekend back. It's been busy, catching up, getting books, slipping all over the place on the fresh slush we got on the sidewalks. And on top of that, you've got the residue of a good weekend gone by to kill your brain and maybe your appetite, too. Maybe you should take some time out for yourself, do something nice for you. Watch a favorite TV show. Take a super-long hot shower, just because it's Sunday and you can (conditional on the cleanliness of your bathroom, of course).
