The University announced today that Ralph Izzo (M.S. '79, Ph.D '81) will be the keynote speaker for SEAS this year.
Izzo is the CEO of Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSEG), New Jersey's largest publicly-owned utility company. At Columbia, he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from SEAS in mechanical engineering, and attained a Ph.D for his work in applied physics two years later.
