Tears of joy were wept on Monday morning as Joe the Art of Coffee opened its doors (so to speak), wafting seductively sustainable fumes through the Northwest Corner building. Any hipster would trade his jeggings for some of this freshly-dripped Java, and sure enough, it has quickly become a mecca for the coffee connoisseurs of MoHi, the tip-jar overflowing with the generous offerings of patrons.
