LLC threatens to kick out residents

Look, we all know there's only one reason to go into the LLC as an upperclassman (and no, it's not faculty-in-residence dinners)---to avoid this whole lottery thing. I mean, sure, there is a lottery for Hartley and Wallach, but let's be serious: There is little difference between the best suite in the LLC and the worst suite in the LLC (it's all about the vomit stains on the carpet, people).

But apparently when you apply to the LLC, you're supposed to pretend to want to go to those events it holds. And until now, no one really cared that approximately four LLC residents have ever gone to one of those events. But this is apparently no longer the case based on a recent email sent by Graduate Hall Director Erin Unkefer:

Part of your commitment when you applied to the LLC was attending programs. It had come to my attention that many of you are not fulfilling this requirement. Please adjust your schedules to start attending programs or run the risk of being removed from the LLC.
