I guess I'm not the only one whose heart breaks a little when she sees a line of about 1,000 people waiting for coffee at Joe. Thankfully, the gods at Joe Coffee have heard our pleas. According to Devin Briski, former Spectrum Daily Editor and an employee for Joe Coffee, the cafe plans to introduce a coffee cart in the same space over the next few weeks. The cart will produce only coffee, and maybe limited food items. Hopefully, the cart should reduce lines at the main register and ease traffic flow around the chairs.
