The facts: Harmony Hall at 544 W. 110 St. became undergraduate housing after the summer of 2009 in response to an increase in accepted/enrolled students that year. The building only houses 92 students and is almost entirely singles of widely varying sizes. The second floor has historically been reserved for special interest housing due to its large common area. Most other floors have a small "common area" that is really just a kitchen, a table that seats four or five, and an LCD TV.
