Nussbaum, or, 'Waking up to the smell of bagels every morning is totally worth living with mice'

The facts: Officially 600 W. 113 St., Nussbaum sits above its beloved bagel shop and has historically housed everyone from sophomores to seniors. While the building technically has 12 floors, only six of those go to undergrads, while the rest goes to postbacs and grad students. Each suite is a little different, and in general is a little strange because for the most part, people pick into suites but don't fill them, so there will be some people in your suite you don't know. But the suites are pretty nice and a good options for a group of sophomores wanting to live in a cluster of doubles.

The possibilities: Singles, doubles, and walk-through doubles in five, seven, nine, or 12 person suites.
