The facts: Located at 548 W. 113 St., the only brownstone in the regular room selection process is only one year in as an undergrad dorm. It doesn't house very many people at all and is made up of all doubles, but for anyone wanting to live with someone else, these are the best doubles around, with square footage somewhere around 300 sq ft each. Sure you might be living in a double as a junior or senior, but with only 14 or so other people living in the building, it is well worth it.
The possibilities: all doubles, all the time.
