The facts: As the first residential building on the south side of 114 Street, Ruggles has the benefit of being incredibly close to campus but outside of the gates. While predominantly filled with juniors, some sophomores and seniors as well as a SIC or two also find places in Ruggles' big suites, making it probably the most popular place to house parties after EC.
