RAs and riders provide question mark, opportunity, danger

If you look at Housing's floor plans, or at the page about space held out of the lottery, you'll notice rooms marked as unavailable because they're held for RAs and their "riders." In buildings with doubles, this just means that double is unavailable (or that triple, in the case of Claremont alone), and you can reduce the suite count there by one, if you're so inclined. In buildings with large dorms, though, it works a little bit differently. Explanation after the jump.
