The facts: No one seems to remember this little guy on 114 St. in between Broadway and Riverside, but it is actually a decent option. Like Harmony, it exists somewhere in between suite- and corridor-style living, with every floor split into two suites of around 11 people each. Only 129 people live in the building, meaning it stays fairly clean and maintenance is generally on top of things, and RAs are generally more able to look after you, (which could be a good or bad thing).
