The facts: Sharing an entrance with Broadway on the corner of 114 St. and Broadway, Hogan is the only dorm entirely occupied by seniors. Hogan is one of the first dorms gone in the lottery and while some suites are a little run down (the building is fairly old), nothing can beat big singles and all seniors.
The possibilities: Four-person suites, five-person suites, one six-person suite---all singles, all the time.
