It’s a great time to be a baseball fan as MLB Opening Weekend is upon us, but if you want to watch a championship contender this month, your best bet is not to take a trip to Yankee Stadium or (alas, certainly not) Citi Field, but rather to take the subway up to the newly renovated Robertson Field at Satow Stadium. If there is one doubleheader to attend this season, it probably should be tomorrow’s Ivy League opener when Columbia takes on Dartmouth in a rematch of last year’s Ivy League Championship Series. Here are some thoughts and notes on what we’ve seen out of the Light Blue so far this season.
