With the penultimate day of Suite Selection came doubles, doubles, and more doubles. Groups of sophomores came through and scoured the floor plans, looking for rooms with views, some decent square footage, and proximity to friends. Though some buildings went quicker than others, the specific order was fairly haphazard as each group had its own personal preferences.
The only buildings completely wiped out were Furnald and the sixth floor of EC, which were cut off at lottery numbers 829 and 1602, respectively. Nussbaum and non-shaft McBain rooms were the trendy picks in the morning, while rooms in Broadway and the walk-through doubles in Wien and Schapiro became more popular choices in the afternoon. The only building left untouched was Harmony, with its one double on the first floor still waiting for its future occupants. Poor Harmony.
