Anna Quindlen, BC ’74, has taken the New York literary scene by storm. A former writer for the New York Post, the New York Times, and Newsweek, Quindlen went on to become a full-time novelist. Not only did three of her best-selling novels become movies featuring A-list actors, but her column, “Public and Private,” won her a Pulitzer Prize. Now, Barnard students study and learn in a room in the Diana Center named after her.
