Just before 11 p.m. on Sunday, the Elections Board announced that Elizabeth Kipp-Giusti, candidate for VP Policy on the UniteCU ticket, has resigned from the campaign for personal reasons. Alex Rosen, Chairman of the CCSC Elections Board, said in an email that UniteCU will continue in the elections process.
Columbia College students will soon decide for themselves whether they want CU Charge, UniteCU (without Kipp-Giusti), or a Better Columbia at the helm of their council for the 2011-2012 year.
