UPDATE (6:34 p.m.): A spokesperson from the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene said that Nussbaum would be allowed to reopen once the store addresses all of the department's concerns and passes a reopening inspection, meaning Nussbaum likely will not reopen immediately.
When Nussbaum was last inspected in October, it recorded only nine points of violations---an A grade---as opposed to the 59 points it recorded today.
