According to the New York Times, Campo will permanently close on Sunday and then reopen on Wednesday as... Il Cibreo! No one on Spectrum speaks Italian, but it seems like Il Cibreo stemmed from a random restaurant dish in Florence.
We'll be sure to review Il Cibreo come Wednesday. The menu is typical Italian, though slightly bread-heavy and moderately pricey. Check it out after the jump.
