Today the NYT published an article questioning the involvement of race and diversity in the wake of Dr. Moody-Adams resignation as Dean of Columbia College and former Provost Claude Steele's resignation earlier this summer. Both were the first African American professors to hold their positions respectively, and given PrezBo's history as an affirmative rights advocate from his time at Michigan (you know those Supreme Court cases you had to read about in APUSH?), the insinuations of the article are, to say the least, surprising.
