BookCulture, everyone's favorite local bookstore, has long offered to buy students' books back at the end of the semester---but for the first time, it's prepared to guarantee books' buy-back prices at the beginning of the year. "For qualified titles students can now see up front exactly how much they will get back in cash," the store announced in a release, "and to thank students for choosing their local independent bookstore, students receive significantly more back than with the regular buyback policy."
Undergrads haven't always been thrilled by BookCulture's buyback offers. Hopefully, this change will help cash-strapped students avoid unwelcome end-of-semester surprises. Full text of the press release after the jump:
