For the third year in a row, Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, the City of New York, and NYC & Company have teamed up to kick off New York Fashion Week and transform the city into one huge late night shopping celebration. Tonight, designers, celebrities, and musicians will hit the streets and perform at various stores, boutiques, and more around Manhattan as shoppers browse fall collections. Select stores will offer free drinks, product giveaways, and great deals on designer items.
