A little before 5 p.m. a fire broke out in the Northwest Corner building. A tipster smelled a strong stench of smoke in the building and the building was evacuated. There currently are six fire trucks parked outside NoCo and multiple firemen entered into the building holding hoses under their arms.
UPDATE (5:37 p.m.): The News Desk's Gina Lee reports that it wasn't bad at all. The fire was on the mechanical room of the third floor (not even JoeCo!). The firemen are packing up to leave now.
UPDATE (5:17 p.m.): No fire is visible in the Northwest Corner building right now. A score of firemen are still in there though.
