Frustrations with the Lerner package center seem to be coming to a violent head, and while I'm just a freshman with only three weeks of experience under my belt, this doesn't really seem like a new phenomenon. Everyone has a horror story about the inordinate amount of time it's taken for a package or a letter to reach them, and the mood of those that I've found waiting in line beside me has lately been one of seething bitterness and smouldering rage. (For my part, I've been waiting over two weeks now for a letter from Massachusetts, and some of my books from Amazon seem likely to take a month, so I too feel this pain.)
