If you're in the mood to celebrate the character of our Upper West Side neighborhood, check out the street fair currently set up on Broadway! The 18th Annual Upper Broadway Autumn Festival stretches from 110th St. to 116th St. and booths should be open until about 5:00 or 6:00 p.m. We highly recommend the $1 lemonade stand.
