Waiting in line at Momofuku Milk Bar's brand new Upper West Side location on Saturday was kind of like house-training a new puppy: it’s frustrating and you just don’t want to bother, but if you stick it out, you’ll end up with something amazing. The simile isn’t perfect, but I think it captures the spirit of Momofuku’s new spot at 561 Columbus Avenue near 87th Street.
